We are a female-owned company known for exceptional craftsmanship, communication, and client experience. We're looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy sales professional who loves helping people improve their homes and isn't afraid to follow up, build relationships, and close deals. The Role This is not an order-taker position. We are looking for a true sales machine—someone who thrives on lead conversion, follows up relentlessly, understands the psychology of selling, and can confidently guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to signed contract. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads into paying clients while creating an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Respond quickly to new inquiries Conduct phone and video consultations Qualify leads and identify project needs Sell interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, wallpaper installation, and decorative finishes Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, and real estate professionals Follow up consistently on open estimates Track leads and sales activity inside our CRM Use AI and technology tools to improve efficiency Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a smooth client experience Hit monthly sales goals and conversion targets What We're Looking For Proven sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable selling premium services Highly organized and detail-oriented Tech savvy and able to quickly learn new software Comfortable using CRM systems, AI tools, and automation platforms Self-motivated and results-driven Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously Positive attitude and professional appearance Bonus Points For Experience in home services Painting, remodeling, construction, or interior design knowledge Housecall Pro experience Experience selling high-ticket services ($5,000-$50,000+ projects) Compensation Base salary + commission OR commission-only structure available for top performers Unlimited earning potential Performance bonuses Flexible schedule Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing company Success Looks Like Fast response times High lead-to-estimate conversion rate Strong estimate-to-sale conversion rate Consistent follow-up Five-star client experience Growing referral relationships Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue goals The Ideal Candidate If You're the person who sees a missed call and immediately calls back.
