Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Diesel Truck Body Repair Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build lasting customer relationships within our heavy-duty truck and fleet services division. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and serving as a trusted advisor to fleet managers, owner-operators, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in diesel trucks, collision repair, heavy equipment, or commercial fleet services. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators, dealerships, insurance carriers, and commercial accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities in truck body repair and collision services Prepare and present estimates for diesel truck body and collision repairs Collaborate with shop managers and technicians to ensure accurate scope of work and timelines Follow up on open estimates and maintain a strong sales pipeline Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close sales opportunities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction from estimate to job completion Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets Represent the company at industry events and within the local trucking community Qualifications 3+ years of experience in diesel truck repair, body shop sales, collision estimating, or related heavy equipment industry Strong understanding of commercial truck components, body repair processes, and insurance claims Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to read repair estimates and understand repair scopes Proficiency in estimating software and CRM systems preferred Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive base salary ($70K-$90K depending on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match (if applicable) Supportive team environment with growth potential Please send resume or call directly 561-891-0157
