This position manages the entire sales process from inventory preparation to customer communication and final transaction completion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Photograph bridal gowns, veils, accessories, décor items, and boutique furnishings in a professional and appealing manner. Create detailed and accurate online listings, including descriptions, measurements, condition, and pricing. Post items on designated online marketplaces and social media platforms. Research comparable listings and recommend pricing strategies to maximize sales. Monitor listings and update pricing, descriptions, and photos as needed. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and negotiate sales when appropriate. Coordinate local pickups, shipping arrangements, and delivery logistics. Maintain accurate inventory records and track the status of listed items. Ensure sold items are removed from active listings in a timely manner. Package and prepare sold items for shipment when required. Communicate regularly regarding sales activity, inventory levels, and market trends. Promote listings through social media and other digital channels to increase visibility. Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process. Handle confidential business information with discretion and integrity. Meet established sales goals and performance expectations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with online marketplaces such as Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, or similar platforms. Strong photography and product presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of bridal fashion, wedding accessories, and boutique merchandise preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Basic computer and social media proficiency. Compensation Commission-based position. Earn 15% of net sales generated from completed transactions. Additional incentives may be offered based on performance and sales volume.
