  • About the Role Scoop N' Move is hiring driven, experienced sales individuals to help expand our customer base through direct, face-to-face marketing.
This is a door-to-door sales position, meaning you will be actively canvassing neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and closing service deals on the spot. This role is designed for people who are comfortable talking to others, can handle rejection, and understand that effort directly equals income. If you're the type who can stay consistent and follow a system, this position has strong earning potential.
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Canvassing targeted residential areas
  • Knocking on doors and introducing Scoop N' Move services
  • Delivering a structured and proven sales pitch
  • Answering questions and educating homeowners on the value of the service
  • Handling objections and guiding conversations toward a close
  • Closing sales and securing new recurring customers
  • Tracking your progress and maintaining professionalism at all times
  • Sales System & Expectations You will not be left guessing what to say or how to sell.
Structured Pitch:
A proven script has been developed and must be memorized and executed properly. This ensures consistency and increases closing rates.
Rebuttals & Objections:
You will encounter common objections such as:
  • "I need to talk to my spouse"
  • "Money is tight right now"
  • "I don't have time"
  • "I'm not interested" You will be trained to handle these confidently and professionally, without being pushy or disrespectful.
Professional Conduct:
  • Respect homeowners at all times
  • If someone isn't interested, move on
  • Maintain a clean, confident, and approachable presence
  • Training & Development We provide hands-on training to help you become effective in the field.
Training includes:
  • Pitch memorization and delivery
  • Objection handling techniques
  • Body language and communication skills
  • Reading customer behavior
  • Closing strategies to improve conversion The goal is to make you comfortable, confident, and consistent in your approach.
  • Schedule & Flexibility This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Typical work windows:
  • Late morning to early evening (best times for homeowner interaction) Many reps find success working:
  • 3 days per week
  • Around 3-5 hours per day Your income is based on performance, not hours worked.
  • Pay Structure This is a commission-based role with residual income, offering strong earning potential for the right person.
Commission Per Sale:
  • You earn 100% of the first month's service
  • Typical earnings per sale: $80
  • $120
Residual Income Bonus:
  • Earn $2 per month per active client you bring in
  • Paid as long as the customer remains active and you are employed
Earning Potential:
With consistency and effort, it is very realistic to generate income that competes with or exceeds many full-time jobs — while working part-time hours.
  • Requirements
