Education Operations & Inside Sales Specialist Position Summary Bioclear Matrix Systems is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable Education Operations & Inside Sales Specialist to support our growing education and training programs. This hybrid role combines inventory management, warehouse fulfillment, customer service, inside sales, educational event support, and hands-on course facilitation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with customers and clinicians, and is equally comfortable managing inventory, supporting educational programs, and contributing to sales growth. This position requires both remote and onsite work, as well as travel to educational events, trade shows, and training courses throughout the United States. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inventory & Fulfillment Operations Maintain adequate inventory levels to support local and national educational programs. Prepare, pack, and ship educational materials, instruments, and products for courses and events. Receive, organize, and restock inventory in the education warehouse. Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast inventory needs for upcoming educational events and training. Ensure educational kits and course materials are prepared accurately and delivered on time. Customer Service & Inside Sales Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online communications. Provide exceptional customer service and product support to dental professionals. Process orders and assist customers with product recommendations. Generate sales opportunities through customer interactions and relationship-building. Support sales initiatives and contribute to revenue growth goals. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within company systems. Education & Clinical Support Assist instructors and clinicians during hands-on educational courses. Serve as a course proctor, ensuring materials, equipment, and attendees are supported throughout training events. Prepare educational workstations and training materials. Support the overall learning experience for doctors and participants attending Bioclear courses. Assist with course setup, breakdown, and post-course inventory reconciliation. Trade Show & Event Support Travel to trade shows, conferences, and educational events as needed. Assist with booth setup, product displays, and attendee engagement. Represent Bioclear professionally while promoting products and educational offerings. Support event logistics, shipping, inventory management, and onsite operations. Generate leads and assist with sales opportunities during events. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time. Preferred Experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or educational environments. Experience with inventory management systems and fulfillment operations. Inside sales experience. Experience supporting training events, conferences, or educational programs. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
