Job Description

Elevare Management, a sales and development firm in San Leandro, is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to help expand AT&T Fiber's presence. This Entry Level Sales Representative role centers on customer acquisition, sales, and clear communication that helps customers understand why AT&T Fiber delivers a stronger, more reliable internet experience. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll train to assist our customers in understanding AT&T Fiber's premium internet services, focusing on how fiber optics eliminates lag. The Entry Level Sales Representative will then guide our customers through their options, ensuring every sales interaction highlights the speed and reliability of AT&T Fiber. Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative Interact with our customers to uncover their internet concerns and position AT&T Fiber as the practical, future-ready solution. Drive sales by clearly illustrating how AT&T Fiber enhances streaming quality, remote work efficiency, and overall household connectivity. Deliver sales recommendations that align AT&T Fiber plans with each household's usage patterns and expectations. Encourage service upgrades by demonstrating the noticeable performance gains of higher-tier AT&T Fiber options. Build trust through approachable, customer-first sales communication that supports long-term satisfaction. Maintain steady sales performance by actively engaging with customers and contributing to consistent AT&T Fiber adoption.
