Part-time Evening shift Tuesday-Sunday 5PM-10PM CST Approximately 15-22 hours per week Damaris Beauty Parlor is looking for a strong communicator and sales-driven individual to join our team remotely during evening hours. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to build connection through conversations, guide potential clients confidently, and turn inquiries into booked appointments. This is NOT just a message-answering position. We are looking for someone who can create a luxury client experience while helping convert leads into consultations, deposits, and bookings.

Hours:

Tuesday-Sunday 5PM-10PM CST Approximately 30 hours per week Hybrid remote position

Responsibilities:

Respond to Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and text inquiries Follow up with warm leads from ads and social media Build genuine connection with potential clients Guide clients toward booking consultations and appointments Send pricing, service information, and booking links Encourage deposits and completed bookings Re-engage old leads and unfinished conversations Maintain a professional, warm, and high-end client experience Escalate complex client situations when necessary

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication and sales skills Comfortable talking with people online for extended periods Friendly, persuasive, and confident Organized and responsive Social media savvy Beauty industry or salon experience is a PLUS Able to multitask and handle multiple conversations at once Understands how to convert inquiries into paying clients Must have knowledge of textured hair and protective styles Familiarity with braids, cornrows, locs, extensions, and natural hair conversations strongly preferred Understanding of common client concerns related to hair growth, breakage, thinning, and alopecia is a PLUS Previous salon, beauty industry, or textured hair experience preferred We are looking for someone who: Understands urgency and follow-up Can communicate naturally and warmly Knows how to keep conversations flowing Can represent our brand professionally online Is dependable and trustworthy
