We provide personalized healthcare services including primary care, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and wellness services. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven professional to help expand our community presence and grow our practice. Position Summary The Community Outreach & Business Development Coordinator serves as the face of Pashen Health in the community. This individual will actively network, build strategic relationships, identify business opportunities, coordinate speaking engagements, and represent the practice at networking events, chamber meetings, health fairs, and community functions. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, professional, and passionate about building relationships that help grow the practice. Responsibilities Attend networking events, chamber events, BNI meetings, and community functions on behalf of Pashen Health Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, insurance professionals, realtors, employers, and community leaders Schedule speaking engagements, Lunch & Learns, health talks, and educational presentations for the provider Develop referral partnerships throughout the community Identify opportunities for community involvement and sponsorships Represent Pashen Health professionally at all events Coordinate event logistics and follow-up communications Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach campaigns Track networking activities, referrals, and business development opportunities Collaborate with the provider to develop strategies for practice growth Help increase awareness of Direct Primary Care and other services offered by Pashen Health Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven networking, sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred Comfortable speaking with business owners, community leaders, and potential referral partners Self-starter who can work independently Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events and meetings Experience with healthcare marketing, business development, physician liaison work, BNI, chamber organizations, or community outreach is highly preferred Schedule & Compensation Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week) Opportunity for performance-based bonuses Flexible schedule with some morning, evening, and networking event attendance required Ideal Candidate This position is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, attending community events, and helping a growing healthcare practice expand its reach throughout the Tampa Bay area.
