Uncapped About the Opportunity Rusco Exteriors is hiring an Exterior Restoration Sales Representative to sell both insurance restoration and retail exterior remodeling projects throughout the Chicagoland area. This is not just a roofing sales job. Our reps have the ability to sell multiple exterior trades, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and storm restoration work . Storm damage identification Insurance restoration sales process Claim documentation best practices Retail window, door, and siding sales Roofing, siding, gutter, window, and door product knowledge Customer presentation and closing process Job turn-in and production handoff process Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is competitive, professional, organized, and motivated by performance-based income. Preferred experience:
Roofing, siding, storm restoration, exterior remodeling, or in-home sales experience Knowledge of the insurance claim process is a plus Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable working directly with homeowners Willingness to prospect, canvass, network, and self-generate business Strong follow-up and organizational skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Growth Opportunity Rusco is looking for more than sales reps. Compensation This position includes a competitive bi-weekly draw , an industry-leading profit-sharing commission structure , and an additional commission percentage for self-generated leads . There is no commission cap. The more profitable work you sell, the more you can earn.
