Role Description This is a full-time leadership opportunity with both virtual and in-person responsibilities. At first you will be contributing to sales efforts and traveling the nation for free. This position involves traveling to various markets across the United States as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions. Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners. Assist in expanding operations into new markets. Generate personal sales while building a passive income stream through team production. Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and overall business growth. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in sales, customer acquisition, or team management is preferred but not required. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build long-term residual income. Comfortable working independently and remotely. Willingness to travel and work in various markets throughout the United States. Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and driven to achieve results. Compensation Performance-based compensation.
