As a Fiber Sales Representative, you'll join a fast-paced team focused on helping customers discover faster, more reliable internet solutions. Every Fiber Sales Representative plays a key role in helping customers improve their connectivity while building professional communication and sales experience. Core Functions of the Fiber Sales Representative Meet directly with residential customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services and explain available internet options. Help customers understand how fiber connectivity can support their household needs and daily activities. Guide customers through available packages and recommend solutions based on their preferences and usage habits. Generate sales through engaging conversations and consultative recommendations. Build trust with customers by providing professional, informative, and personalized service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments. Work alongside fellow Fiber Sales Representative team members to achieve sales goals and support campaign growth. Represent AT&T Fiber with professionalism while delivering a positive experience for customers.
