  • Full-time Home Claim Network (HCN) is a specialized homeowner advocacy company with 30+ years of experience and a 97% success rate.
We are not public adjusters—the insurance industry knows us as warfare specialists. We are also absolutely not storm chasers . In fact, we regularly clean up the nightmares and messes left behind by those exact types of fly-by-night operations. We are hiring a B2C Field Sales Hunter who wants the freedom of a hybrid remote schedule combined with a high-volume, realistic, and uncapped compensation structure.
The Math:
How You Get Paid We don't build false hope or make unrealistic promises. We look at real averages. Most solid producers in this space consistently close 3 to 6 deals per week . Here is exactly what those realistic numbers look like on your weekly paycheck: $750
Weekly Base Pay:
Your guaranteed baseline to keep your life secure. $300 or $400
SPIFF:
Earned on every single consumer contract you close after your first weekly deal. $300 for company generated leads, $400 for self generated leads. $500
Cash Bonus :
Dropped into your check the moment you hit the 5-closed milestone in a single week.
The Real-World Weekly Payouts:
Reps average between 3 and 6 per week. The 3-Deal Week (Solid):
Base Pay:
$750 Deals 2 & 3 SPIFF ($300 x 2): $600
Total:
$1,350/week or more with self generated sales The 5-Deal Week (Excellent / Milestone Hit):
Base Pay:
$750 Deals 2, 3, 4, & 5 SPIFF ($300 x 4): $1,200

Success:
We Hand You Preset Appointments This is a Hybrid Remote Freedom role. You are not chained to a desk, you aren't micromanaged, and you aren't starting from scratch. Preset Appointments Handed to
You:
10-20 per week. We don't expect you to wander aimlessly or knock on random doors hoping for a miracle. Our aggressive internal lead gen teams are feeding the pipeline daily, handing you warm, preset appointments with homeowners who have already requested a consultation. The ability to self generate leads : If all you do is sit around and wait for others to hand you opportunities, this is not the place for you. Do not stress, you will be trained for this, all you need is the personality and grit.
The Blueprint:
You work from a hybrid remote setup to manage your schedule, then hit the local field across DFW to sit face-to-face with these pre-scheduled homeowners.
The Ultimate Skillset:
While we hand you the appointments, you must have the absolute ability to turn someone from "not interested" to signing on the dotted line. Even with a preset appointment, these homeowners are naturally skeptical, defensive, and completely burned out by the insurance process. Your job is to break down their walls, dismantle their hesitation, shift their mindset, and close the contract on the spot.
The Close:
You don't "sell" them an expensive service. You offer them a zero-risk escape hatch from their insurance denial. You show them our 30-year track record, explain that it costs them nothing out-of-pocket, and collect the signature. What We Require (No Exceptions) We are highly selective about who represents our 30-year brand in front of consumers. To be considered, you must bring the following to the table:
Proven Track Record:
At least 4 years of documentable success in a direct hunter/farmer sales role. You must be able to prove you know how to build a territory and manage accounts. B2C and B2B Skills and background: Consumers are your quick money, but having a pipeline of partners and referrals is the key to high 6 figure growth.
NO RETAIL
I f your sales experience is standing behind a counter waiting for foot traffic, do not apply. That is not sales—that is just waiting around to get lucky. We need active, intentional closers.
Strictly Bilingual:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. You must be completely comfortable navigating deep, emotionally charged financial and difficult conversations in both languages fluidly.
Reliable Transportation:
You must have your own reliable vehicle to execute field visits and navigate face-to-face appointments across the DFW metroplex.
No Roofing Experience Needed:
We do not look for a traditional roofing sales background. Roofing sales usually breeds bad habits and a "storm chaser" mentality that does not fit our clean, disciplined advocacy model.
