Job Description

Business Development / Sales Representative πŸ“ Field-Based πŸ“„ Permanent, Full-Time About Us Well-established, family-run business supplying to trade customers, primarily holiday and parks. With a strong reputation and loyal customer base across the South and East of England, we are continuing to grow - and this role is key to driving that expansion. The Role We're looking for a driven and resilient field-based sales professional to manage and grow an established territory from North Norfolk to Sussex . This is a hands-on B2B sales role , involving both account management and new business development. You will be on the road 3-4 days per week , working from home the remaining time, with regular overnight stays required (minimum 3 nights every other week) . This is an autonomous position - ideal for someone who thrives independently and can take full ownership of their territory, pipeline, and results. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a territory covering North Norfolk down to Sussex Build and maintain strong relationships with caravan and holiday park operators Grow existing key accounts while actively seeking and securing new business Present and sell the UK Caravan Centre product range Negotiate deals and close sales effectively Plan and manage your own diary, appointments, and sales pipeline Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to management What We're Looking For Essential Proven track record in B2B field sales with clear evidence of results Highly resilient and self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels Commercially aware with strong closing ability Full, clean UK driving licence Willing to stay away from home at least 3 nights every other week (non-negotiable) What We Offer (uncapped commission)
