Base salary: $72,000 Quarterly bonus / commission structure Six-figure earning potential About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Field Sales Representative to support growth across Texas and surrounding markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys outside sales , building relationships in person, and managing a mix of existing accounts and new business development . This role offers a strong foundation with an established book of business already generating revenue, while also giving the right person the ability to expand the territory and make a direct impact on sales growth. The company operates in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, so this position is ideal for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Manage and grow an existing book of business within an assigned territory Prospect for new business through in-person visits, networking, and relationship building Travel locally and regionally to meet with customers, prospects, and decision-makers Visit commercial sites such as restaurants, schools, and other facilities to identify opportunities Build relationships with operators, facility leaders, contractors, and other stakeholders Follow up on inbound leads and develop territory-based opportunities Coordinate product samples, project follow-up, and customer communication throughout the sales cycle Maintain strong account management practices and provide ongoing customer support Manage travel efficiently and cost-effectively across the territory Qualifications 2+ years of outside sales, field sales, or territory sales experience preferred Proven experience building relationships in person and generating new business Experience in industries such as construction, flooring, building products, contracting, or related commercial sales is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory Comfortable traveling frequently throughout the assigned market Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What They're Looking For Strong outside sales background Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and cold outreach High energy, motivated, and self-directed Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people Willingness to be on the road regularly and manage a multi-state territory Someone who thrives in a small team environment with high visibility and autonomy Why This Role Stands Out Established accounts already generating revenue Opportunity to grow and develop your own territory High level of autonomy and ownership Strong earning potential with base salary plus bonus/commission Small team environment where your impact is visible Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Profit sharing Paid holidays Paid vacation Interview Process Initial virtual interview Possible second-round interview with leadership Potential final in-person meeting
