Job Description
Position:
- Field Sales Representative-Citrix
Job Description:
- Arrow Electronics is a global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling.
- Requires comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
- Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service. Ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Must be able to promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow. Requires proficiency in sales tracking systems, SalesForce.com, Oracle Establish and ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. _This position is a 60/40 split, the OTE number posted below includes commission_
- This position will drive net‑new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, ecosystem engagement, and partner‑led demand creation.
- Must own early‑stage opportunity development from first contact through qualification, ensuring only high‑quality, viable opportunities advance.
What We Are Looking For:
- Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
- Incumbent builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of straightforward problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline, possesses strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of complex problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Limited guidance and direction is provided.
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Incumbent has demonstrated self‑starter mentality with a proven ability to independently identify, pursue, and develop net‑new business opportunities.
Work Arrangement:
- _If located in the Denver area, t_ _his pos_ _ition will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home. If located elsewhere, the position will be fully remote._ _Employee must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership._

Hiring Range:
- $100K-$130K OTE (60/40 split, includes commission)
- Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer
Location:
- US-CO-Denver, Colorado (Panorama Arrow Building) Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company's request and sole discretion.
