Field Sales Representative - Training Provided

We are currently expanding and looking for driven, coachable individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales. This is not a desk job. This role involves meeting with families who have already requested information about life insurance and helping them put coverage in place. No cold calling. No chasing strangers. What You'll Do:

Meet with families through pre-set, warm appointments Identify client needs and recommend life insurance solutions Help clients complete applications Track your activity and production Participate in weekly coaching and development

Training & Support :

Licensing support provided Step-by-step sales system (no guessing) Weekly coaching and mentorship Advancement opportunities into leadership

Compensation :
