NewKota Services & Rentals is looking to expand our Sales team! We are looking for experienced Field Sales Reps in our Rockies region. The Field Sales reps territory would be
CO, MT, ND, UT
& WY and office out of Minot Nd or Gillette Wyo.Qualifications:
- Oil and Gas related experience
- 2+ years in similar role preferred
- Frac Flowback and completions knowledge strongly preferred
- Existing customer base is ideal
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Self-Starter
- Handle multiple projects and be able to set priorities and achieve project deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
- Microsoft Office Job expectations:
- Daily communication with the sales and operations team
- Develop and maintain relationships with Consultants, Field Supervisors, Completion and Production personnel
- Constant interaction with established customers
- Develop new customers
- Keep current knowledge of all service lines
- Client entertainment
- Flexible evenings and events with customers
- Collaboration with other area Field Sales and Marketing
- Preparing bids, collecting invoices a daily duty
Compensation:
- Competitive pay: Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Commission guarantee period while building book of business
- Company provided truck or Vehicle allowance ($1200/mo)
