Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Representative with a proven background in the food industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the foodservice, wholesale, retail, or distribution market and be capable of bringing an existing portfolio of customers and business opportunities. The successful candidate must possess a strong customer service mindset, demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills, and have knowledge of food products and supplies. Spanish bilingual ability is preferred. This position offers an attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential based on sales performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Generate new business opportunities and grow sales within assigned territories Leverage existing industry relationships and client portfolio to expand market presence Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support Present quotes, products and solutions to customers and close sales opportunities Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate food and janitorial product solutions Provide market feedback and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in food industry sales Existing portfolio of clients and established customer relationships Strong customer service drive with a commitment to building long-term client relationships Knowledge of food products and related industry products required Experience in foodservice, wholesale, distribution, meat products, grocery, or related markets preferred Experience using and navigating CRM platforms and technology for managing sales activities and customer data. Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to generate revenue Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to pass a background check Bilingual in Spanish preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
