Find and close exceptional franchise owners who can build dominant roofing businesses in their markets. Not everyone is a fit to own a franchise. We care deeply about selecting the right operators. That means this role requires someone who can: sell with conviction, challenge candidates when needed, and protect the long-term integrity of the brand.
