Hunter :
a seasoned Freight Broker and B2B Sales Executive who loves outbound cold calling and closing FTL business. This is a high-energy hybrid role. You'll get the best of both worlds — the excitement of working on the trading floor with the team (phones ringing, deals happening fast) plus the flexibility to work from home on focused days. Our current team loves the work-from-home balance we offer and the fact that we're not a big corporate machine. What You'll Do Execute daily cold calling blocks to build a high-velocity pipeline of qualified prospects Hunt for shippers who are overworked, underserved, and overstressed — then become their trusted partner Run discovery calls, presentations, and guide deals through the sales process Sell and broker your own book with a team: negotiate rates, manage shipments, solve problems, and build long-term relationships Work closely with our tight-knit operations team to deliver exceptional service Track shipments proactively, mitigate risks, and keep customers happy Analyze market trends and make smart pricing decisions Who We're Looking For Minimum 2 years proven B2B cold calling and sales success (logistics/OTR experience is a big plus) Strong closer who excels at high-volume outbound calling, building rapport quickly, and moving prospects forward Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through Team player who also crushes it independently Big bonus if you have an existing book of business or strong carrier relationships.
