Who We're Looking For:
We're searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and fun-loving Sales Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a knack for closing deals, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Build & Grow Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with shippers, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, make outbound sales calls, and negotiate competitive rates to drive revenue growth. Proven ability to develop, maintain and grow a book of business.
Customer Service Excellence:
Provide top-notch service by anticipating customer needs, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring a seamless freight-moving experience.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and freight market conditions to offer the best solutions to clients.
Detail-Oriented Execution:
Accurately enter and manage load details, contracts, and pricing to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with operations teams to guarantee successful freight movement from start to finish. Effective communication skills What You Bring to the

A positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivation and a drive to exceed goals and quotas Previous experience in freight brokerage, logistics, transportation, or sales. Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships Proficiency in CRM software, load boards, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Why Join Us?
