Job Description
Job Overview This is a pure sales position focused on growing flatbed freight business. Specifically interested in steel business. Motivated people can earn over 6 figures. Responsibilities Minimum 10 travel days per month focused on Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana meeting with steel shipping customers Your primary responsibility is to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities while building and managing your own book of business. You'll identify shippers with steel transportation needs, negotiate solutions, and establish long-term customer relationships. Once freight is secured, our experienced operations team manages dispatch and load execution allowing you to remain focused on sales, customer retention, and revenue growth. Success in this role is driven by developing new customer accounts, increasing freight volume, and becoming a trusted transportation partner for your clients.
