Global Nutrition Sales Representative White Plains, NY 10605 From $70,000 a year - Full-time From $70,000 a year - Full-time A leading global supplier of nutraceutical ingredients is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join its Global Nutrition Team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-4 years of sales experience, including recent college graduates who are interested in building a career in the nutrition, health & wellness, food ingredient, or life sciences industries. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Japanese and/or Mandarin and possess strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to develop long-term client relationships in a global business environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the nutrition, dietary supplement, food ingredient, and related industries Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth within assigned territories and accounts Communicate with domestic and international clients regarding product inquiries, quotations, samples, and technical information Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requests and ensure timely follow-up Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activities, and potential business opportunities Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings Prepare sales reports, customer visit summaries, and pipeline updates Support the introduction and promotion of specialty nutraceutical and functional ingredient products Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Nutrition, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field 0-4 years of sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience Recent graduates with a strong interest in nutrition, science, or sales are encouraged to apply Japanese and/or Mandarin language skills strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally Preferred Qualifications Background or coursework in nutrition, dietary supplements, food ingredients, biology, chemistry, or related scientific disciplines Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce Previous experience in nutritional ingredients, food ingredients, life sciences, healthcare, or related industries
