Our mission is to improve access to healthcare through professional, patient-centered laboratory services. Position Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Healthcare Sales Executive to help expand our client base and establish strategic partnerships throughout Texas and across the United States. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys networking, generating leads, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities in the healthcare industry. Compensation $500 Monthly Performance Bonus upon meeting established KPIs Uncapped Commission on all new business generated Unlimited earning potential Flexible schedule and remote work environment
Estimated Earnings:
$40,000 - $120,000+ annually based on performance. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for laboratory testing and mobile blood collection services. Build relationships with physician offices, concierge medicine practices, home health agencies, employers, research organizations, and healthcare providers. Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, networking events, referrals, and in-person meetings. Present Filos Health's services and value proposition to prospective clients. Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline. Negotiate and close new business agreements. Collaborate with company leadership to support growth initiatives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications. Performance Bonus Requirements To qualify for the monthly $500 performance bonus, employees must meet assigned performance goals, which may include: Qualified appointments scheduled New client accounts onboarded Revenue targets achieved Consistent sales activity and pipeline development Specific KPIs will be discussed during onboarding and reviewed regularly. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred. Healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare services sales experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
