We specialize in both personal care and skilled nursing services, including dementia & Alzheimer care, medication management, post-operative support, and 24/7 staffing solutions. Our care team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, and medication technicians are trained to deliver compassionate, high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and safety. About the Role As our Home Care Sales and Marketing Consultant , you'll lead business development across the region by developing new referral relationships, securing facility contracts, and increasing home care accounts. This role combines community outreach, field visits, and light digital marketing. You'll work independently while being equipped with agency support and performance incentives. What You'll Do Develop and implement marketing and referral acquisition strategies to promote offered services Conduct outreach and build partnerships with hospitals, assisted/senior living facilities, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and clinics Schedule and attend in‑person meetings, lunch-and-learns, community health fairs, and networking events Represent the agency professionally at every interaction Track referral pipeline, revenue attribution, and outreach activity in CRM Distribute branded marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards) Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure seamless onboarding Support client reviews and online reputation initiatives Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development or similar role Experience with home health care, hospice, skilled nursing, or healthcare staffing preferred Established network of contacts in local hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or senior services Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Comfortable making presentations and conducting in-person meetings with providers, administrators, or families Proficient in using CRM systems, digital marketing tools (social media), and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and appropriate handling of PHI during marketing activities Established local MD/VA/DC
