POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers to assess home internet needs and usage Recommend suitable internet plans, speeds, and bundled services Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing Identify upsell opportunities such as add-ons and bundled packages Close sales confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience Achieve sales and performance targets consistently Document customer interactions and service selections accurately Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers Stay informed on product updates and promotions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
