Job Description

No experience required. We'll train the right person. We care more about how you work than what's on your résumé. Downspout is a fast-growing home service company serving residential and commercial customers across southern New England. We provide exterior cleaning, gutter installation, patio restoration, and custom Christmas light installation. What Your Day Looks Like You're in the field running pre-set residential and commercial leads , meeting customers on-site, and closing jobs. Some days you're quoting a gutter installation, other days you're walking a commercial property or following up on a deal. You'll also spend time building your own pipeline — reaching out to property managers, contractors, and business owners to generate repeat work. You're talking to people, solving problems, and closing deals. No two days are the same. What You'll Earn Expected earnings: $50K-$150K+ annually Compensation includes: base salary, commission, and performance based bonuses Top reps scale quickly based on production.
