Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hybrid Sales Consultant, where you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth through a blend of in-person and remote customer engagement. Responsibilities Engage with customers face-to-face in a residential sales settings to identify their needs and present suitable products or services. Conduct outside sales activities by visiting prospective clients, attending community events, and building new business opportunities. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines. Analyze customer data and market trends to develop targeted marketing strategies that increase outreach and conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products or services and participate in promotional campaigns to boost brand awareness. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, door to door, retail sales or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Skilled in sales administration, CRM tools, and analysis techniques to optimize sales strategies. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically. Knowledge of marketing principles and benefits administration processes to tailor solutions effectively. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus for roles involving health-related products or services. Experience in telemarketing or remote outreach methods to expand client base efficiently.
