Job Description:
Melucci Pool Cleanings is a growing local service company in the Glens Falls area. We are looking for motivated individuals to help bring in new customers through direct outreach and communication. This is a flexible opportunity that combines local, in-person sales with optional at-home follow-up and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and offer our services Close new customers for pool cleaning services Follow up with interested leads (can be done from home) Track and submit new customers you bring in
Compensation:
Performance-based pay structure Earn per customer you bring in Typical earnings range from $200-$800+ per week depending on effort No cap on earnings
Schedule:
Fully flexible Work independently at your own pace Most reps choose afternoons/evenings
Requirements:
Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable with in-person sales Must be located near Glens Falls / surrounding areas
Additional Information:
This role involves direct sales. Individuals who are consistent and motivated tend to perform best.
Pay:
