Midvale, UT (Must live within 60 miles)
Compensation:
$22/hour +
Uncapped Commission Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM•6:00
PM MST Work Model:
Hybrid•3 Days In-Office, 2
Days Remote Training:

Inbound Only•No Cold Calling We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Hybrid Sales Representatives . In this role, you'll assist customers with their auto, renters, and homeowners insurance needs through inbound calls only . No cold calling required. This position begins with comprehensive paid training conducted 100% onsite in Midvale. Once training is completed, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule with three in-office days and two remote workdays each week. The company also provides full support and covers the cost of obtaining your Property & Casualty insurance license .
