Why This Opportunity Stands Out Unlike many sales roles, you'll receive pre-scheduled, qualified appointments with homeowners who are actively exploring heating and cooling system replacement options. No cold calling. No door knocking. No prospecting. You'll represent The Home Depot brand while utilizing industry-leading sales tools, financing options, and a proven process designed to help you succeed. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners throughout the Twin Cities area Conduct professional in-home consultations Evaluate customers' heating and cooling needs Present customized HVAC replacement solutions Build trust and educate homeowners on their options Deliver compelling presentations and confidently ask for the sale Follow up and maintain strong customer relationships Represent Home Energy Center and The Home Depot with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated, driven sales professionals who are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience while maximizing their earning potential. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of sales experience required Strong closing and presentation skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Valid driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check Availability for evening and occasional weekend appointments
