The short version: We hand you company-generated appointments with homeowners ready to buy, and you build your own book of business with designers, builders, and realtors on top of it. Projects run $4,000 to $50,000. Every consultation is recorded and reviewed weekly with a coach, like film review for a pro athlete. If you can ask for the order, love getting better, and want to own a book of business instead of renting a lead flow, this is the highest-ceiling sales seat in Arizona. Who we are. Two engines, one income: Engine 1 — Company appointments. You'll run 6 to 8 in-home appointments per week, set by our team, with homeowners who requested a consultation. You measure, design, quote, and ask for the order in the home. Projects range from $4,000 to $50,000. Engine 2 — Your own book. Here's the career path, stated honestly: company appointments are how you start, not how you finish. The consultants who reach the top of our pay range build a book of business through networking — interior designers, custom builders, realtors, property managers, and past clients who send them work directly. Designer and builder projects are where the $30,000 to $50,000 whole-home jobs live. We give you the products, the showroom, the brand, and the time to win those relationships. You do the pursuing, and we expect you to. Company leads get you to six figures; your own book is what builds a career past it. You are paid commission on what you close, and our training pay supports your first month while you build your pipeline. The part most job ads hide, stated plainly: every consultation you run is recorded and scored by AI against our selling system, and you review the film weekly with a sales leader. Our best reps love this. It is why they close at twice the rate of the industry and earn what they earn. If being coached on tape sounds energizing, you will thrive here. Established consultants running our system:
