We transform homes across Acadiana with custom roofline illumination and landscape lighting systems controlled by a best-in-class mobile app, giving homeowners the ability to customize their display for every season, holiday, and occasion. We are a fast-growing company actively expanding across the Lafayette market, with a reputation built on referrals, five-star Google reviews, and a team that delivers a premium client experience from consultation through installation. The Opportunity This is not a cold calling role. We set the appointments for you. Each week you will receive 5 to 15 pre-set, qualified in-home consultations with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products. Your job is to show up prepared, present our permanent roofline and landscape lighting options, demonstrate the app that controls it all, and guide the homeowner through coverage options, pricing, and warranty details from our 5-year to 15-year parts and labor plans. If you are a self-motivated closer who enjoys building genuine relationships, earning uncapped commission, and representing a product that genuinely wows people, this role is built for you. What You Will Do Attend pre-set in-home appointments with qualified homeowners across the Lafayette area and surrounding Acadiana communities Present our full lineup of permanent roofline and landscape lighting products and demonstrate the mobile app used to control the system Walk prospects through coverage zones, color and scene options, pricing, and warranty packages Negotiate and close contracts on-site using a proven consultation framework Take thorough notes documenting the appointment details, customer preferences, and any site-specific installation considerations Attend the installation to ensure a world-class handoff experience Walk your customer through the app at the conclusion of installation, ensuring full confidence and satisfaction Secure a Google review from each completed customer Ask every satisfied customer for referrals to grow your personal client base within the Acadiana community What We Are Looking For 1 or more years of in-home or face-to-face sales experience preferred (home improvement, solar, pest control, home security, or similar industries a strong plus) Confident presenter who can clearly explain product value and handle objections professionally Reliable transportation and a professional appearance Smartphone proficiency and comfort learning and demonstrating a mobile app Strong attention to detail when documenting appointments and customer information A people-first mindset with a commitment to follow-through and relationship building Self-starter mentality with the discipline to maximize a flexible, appointment-based schedule Compensation and Perks Earn up to 50% commission on every closed project Average project value of $4,200 with strong potential for same-day closes Pre-set appointments provided weekly, no cold calling required Flexible schedule built around your appointment calendar Ongoing coaching, sales training, and support from leadership Represent a product with genuine wow factor that practically sells itself at demonstration Build a referral-driven book of business within your own Acadiana community To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note telling us about your sales background and why this opportunity interests you.
