In-Home Sales Representative

Florida Roof Bros is hiring experienced in-home sales representatives. We are looking for professionals who've built a high-level of sales acumen and understand how to run an in-home appointment. You don't need to be perfect, but you must have a foundation in communication, value-building, and closing. We will refine your sales skills, provide a structured process, and train you on our systems and technical knowledge. The expectation is that you can take what we provide and execute at a high level.

What You Will Do:

Run in-home appointments with homeowners Conduct roof/attic inspections and present solutions Build value, handle objections, and close deals Manage your pipeline and follow up with intent Execute a structured sales process consistently Business development (HOAs, Contractors, Relators, etc.)

Requirements:

Proven in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred) Strong communication and closing ability Professional presence in the home Ability to manage a full sales cycle Self-motivated and accountable

Compensation:

Performance-based pay (100% commission with bonus tiers) High earning potential for those who can execute Self-Gen compensation

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
