  • based Independent B2B Sales Representative to help us develop wholesale customers in the United States.
This is a commission-only independent contractor role with long-term earning potential through both first-order and repeat-order commissions. Our product categories include home textiles, promotional products, custom gifts, corporate gifts, and other wholesale merchandise. We have strong China-based supply chain and factory resources, allowing us to offer competitive pricing, flexible customization, OEM/ODM, private label, logo customization, packaging customization, and reliable production support. You focus on customer development and order conversion. Our China-based team supports quotations, samples, factory communication, order coordination, and production follow-up. Responsibilities
  • Develop new B2B customers in the U.S., including wholesalers, distributors, retailers, promotional product companies, corporate gift buyers, and purchasing companies.
  • Contact prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, trade directories, industry groups, trade shows, and personal networks.
  • Present our products, pricing advantages, China supply chain capabilities, customization options, and wholesale cooperation terms.
  • Understand customer needs, target pricing, order volume, customization requirements, and purchasing timeline.
  • Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales process until order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with our China-based team for catalogs, quotations, samples, pricing, and order details.
  • Maintain lead records and build long-term customer relationships for repeat business. Qualifications
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • B2B sales, wholesale sales, distributor sales, promotional product sales, corporate gift sales, sourcing sales, or business development experience preferred.
  • Existing buyer relationships in wholesale, distribution, retail, promotional products, corporate gifts, importing, or purchasing are strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with home textiles, promotional products, custom gifts, corporate gifts, or general merchandise is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable with a commission-only contractor role.
  • Mandarin Chinese is not required, but is a plus. Compensation
  • Commission-only independent contractor role.
  • Commission is generally 2
  • 4% of the confirmed product order value.
  • The same commission rate applies to both first orders and repeat orders from customers developed by the sales representative.
  • Commission excludes shipping, duties, taxes, transaction fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other third-party costs.
  • Commission is payable after customer payment is received and the order is confirmed.
  • Customer ownership and repeat-order commission follow the agreed customer registration and commission policy. Support Provided
