Location:
New England (field-based) Underdog is a clean, zero-sugar performance energy drink, Informed Sport Certified, banned-substance tested, and made in the USA. Founded by athletes for the underdog mentality, we're already stocked in 500+ retail doors across the Northeast (Hannaford, ShopRite, Haffner's, Top Stop, and more). We're growing fast and hiring hungry, self-motivated Independent Sales Reps to put Underdog on more shelves and in more gyms across New England. This is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped upside. You build your own local route, and you get paid on everything you do.
How you get paid:
You don't wait for a paycheck, you build one. Open a new account, you get paid. It reorders, you get paid again, every time it sells. (This is where the money compounds.) Place a shipper, window cling, or shelf strip, you get paid. Run an in-store sampling, paid by the hour on top. Build a route once and it pays you month after month. Uncapped, you set the ceiling.
Realistic earning potential:
~$2,000
  • 6,000+/month full-time as your reorder base compounds.
What you'll do: Open new accounts: convenience stores, gas stations, gyms, and fitness studios Keep your accounts stocked and driving reorders Place merchandising: floor shippers, coolers, window clings, and shelf strips Run in-store sampling events to drive trial Be the face of Underdog in your local market Who you are: Hungry and self-driven, you don't need to be micromanaged Comfortable walking into a store or gym and starting a conversation Plugged into your local gym, athletic, or convenience scene (a big plus) Reliable transportation and a smartphone No formal sales experience required, we'll give you the product, the story, and the support to win
Perks:
