POSITION DESCRIPTION

Position Title:
Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
Report To:
Manager / Small City Realty
WNY, LLC
Location:
Remote / Home Office I. Primary Objective To maximize the conversion of company-generated leads into "Confirmed-to-Show" listing and buyer appointments for the firm's Qualified Agent Roster , ensuring a high-integrity first touch for every prospect. II.
Key Responsibilities & Workflows High-Volume Outbound Dialing:
Execute daily sessions using the company-provided triple-line dialer. Maintain a target of 20-30 live contacts per session.
Lead Qualification:
Vet prospects based on motivation, timeline, and property details. Ensure every "Set" appointment meets company standards. The "Value Packet"
Delivery:
Immediately follow every set appointment with the digital "Pre-Appointment Value Packet" (SMS/Email) to build agent authority. The 12-
Hour Lock-In:
Perform a voice/text confirmation exactly 12 hours prior to every appointment.
Agent Protection:
Execute the "Stand Down" protocol if a prospect is unconfirmed 4 hours before the meet, protecting the field agent from wasted travel time and unvetted meetings. III. Performance Metrics (KPIs) The ISA's success is measured by the following results:
Show-Up Rate:
Maintain an 80% or higher "Show-Up" rate for all set appointments.
Volume:
Aim for 9-12 "Met" appointments per month.
CRM Accuracy:
100% of calls and lead notes must be logged in the CRM in real-time. IV.
Requirements Ethics:
Strict adherence to Code of Ethics and Fair Housing laws.
Technical:
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet environment for professional calling.
Pay:
$20,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
