Inside Sales Quoting Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales professional to support our lighting and electrical project team by preparing material estimates and quotations for contractor-driven projects. In this role, you will review project drawings, specifications, and bills of material to develop accurate estimates and competitive proposals. Using tools such as Bluebeam and Oasis, you will perform fixture takeoffs, build bills of material, source vendor pricing, and prepare quotes that meet customer requirements and project deadlines. The position works closely with outside sales, vendors, and customers to clarify project requirements, ensure quotations are accurate, and support a winning bid strategy. Additional responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships, managing smaller lamp and material orders, and coordinating with the project management team once a project is awarded. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced construction and distribution environment. Successful candidates are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with sales, estimating, and project management teams. Experience reviewing construction drawings, preparing estimates, or working with lighting/electrical products is preferred. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
