This is a high-volume cold calling role where you'll be reaching out to roofing contractors, connecting with decision makers, and getting them started with our platform. This isn't a "set a demo and hand it off" role. You'll own the full cycle from first dial to first order and beyond, making sure customers are active and getting value. What You'll Be Doing You'll spend most of your day on the phone working through targeted call lists, connecting with owners and decision makers at roofing companies.
Your core responsibilities include:
Cold calling to introduce our products and set appointments Following up via phone, email, and text to move prospects through the pipeline Onboarding new sign-ups and guiding them to place their first order Re-engaging customers who haven't ordered recently to build consistent usageNote:
