About the Role HomeValue.com is building a world-class inside sales team headquartered in Lake Mary, FL. We are sourcing top-tier sales talent and investing in developing professionals who want to grow fast, earn well, and make a direct impact. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our growth engine — working a high volume of inbound leads and making a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily. You are the bridge between prospective clients and the resources they need, and your ability to build trust quickly, gather key information, and transfer qualified buyers at exactly the right moment is what makes the machine run.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm Eastern (rotating Saturdays once a month) Opportunity to earn a hybrid schedule quickly, based on performance once metrics are hit and maintained consistently. What You'll Do ▸ Work a high volume of inbound leads while executing a consistent outbound calling and email strategy every day. ▸ Build rapport and deliver value quickly, gathering the key information needed to prepare a quality lead transfer. ▸ Identify qualified, engaged customers and transfer them to a licensed agent at the right moment in the conversation. ▸ Log all activity, call outcomes, and lead statuses in the CRM accurately and in real time — no exceptions. ▸ Follow established scripts and cadences while bringing your own energy and personality to every interaction. ▸ Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including call volume, contact rate, and conversion benchmarks. ▸ Collaborate with team leads and agents to continuously refine lead handling strategies and improve transfer quality. What We're Looking for ▸ At least two years of high-volume customer service, inside sales or other call center related roles. ▸High outbound dial motor — comfort and confidence making a large number of calls daily without losing energy or focus. ▸ Strong phone presence, interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. ▸ Resilient, objection-handling mindset — ability to stay motivated, positive, and persistent through rejection. ▸ Basic CRM knowledge on any platform; willingness to learn and log activity with discipline and accuracy. ▸ Genuine ambition to grow in sales and real estate — you see this as a career, not just a job. ▸ Coachable and growth-oriented — you actively seek feedback, apply it fast, and continuously raise your own bar. Preferred ▸ Prior experience in outbound phone sales or previous ISR/BDR experience. ▸ Familiarity with real estate, mortgage, or proptech industries. ▸ Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
