Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide full customer service and order management. Take ownership to understand the customer's needs. Efficiently offer product alternatives for customers based on clear application requirements to meet customer and support sales objectives best. Act as an information resource for Field Sales Representatives. Improve the scope of supply. Review incoming order requests. Identify opportunities for expanding the sale through additional options and complimentary products. Represent Rosemount policies and practices properly within a variety of communication channels to customers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Associate's Degree Three (3) years of related experience Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global, heavily matrixed organization, combined with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, are essential for success in this role.
