Potential Patients:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, text messages, and follow-up communication with prospective patients.

Qualify Leads:

Use effective communication and listening skills to understand patient needs and determine whether our services may be a good fit.

Schedule Consultations:

Assist patients in scheduling appointments while helping them feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.

Manage Follow-Up:

Maintain consistent communication with prospective patients and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks.

CRM Documentation:

Accurately document patient interactions, notes, and follow-up activities within systems such as Zoho CRM and Open Dental. Collaborate with the

Team:

Work closely with sales, operations, and clinical teams to create a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications Bilingual Required:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Sales or Customer Service Experience:

Previous experience in inside sales, patient coordination, customer service, or call center environments preferred.

Strong Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically with patients from all backgrounds.

Organized & Reliable:

Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and standard office software.

Remote Readiness:

If working remotely, must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
