Job Description
Your role As a Inside Sales Representative, you will assist the sales and marketing team in reaching their sales targets by providing professional customer support through placing outbound calls to explore customer needs. Leads will be generated at provided for this inside sales position from various sources. These leads need to be followed up in a timely manner, qualified for sales needs, and explored for future potential.
Responsibilities include:
Use warm leads to generate sales from new and existing customers
Assist Regional Sales Managers by sharing customer call insights for parts and service needs
Coordinate with NSC to expedite orders and update customers on order status
Inform end users about local parts and service capabilities local to their region
Facilitate RSM introductions to expand service opportunities
Follow up on deliveries and invoice completed sales daily
Investigate and escalate issues with inventory, pricing, deliveries, returns, and credits
Support Business Line Managers in liaison activities among dealers, RSMs, and sales management for routine and special projects
Handle incoming communications and sales leads
Participate in employee development programs including product, application, and personal training
Update critical master data in C4C with dealer contacts as needed
Act on behalf of peers during their absence when required
Perform other assigned duties Travel is not required for this position.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in parts, compressors, power, and pump industries is preferred.
A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired skills: Knowledge of order processing in SAP and C4C is required. Knowledge of other Atlas Copco systems is preferred.
Ability to delegate to responsible parties outside the scope of inside sales.
Must be a proven self-starter that is highly organized and able to multi-task within a faced pace/high stress environment
An innovative/"outside-the-box" thinker that is able to come up with new ways to improve our processes.
Deadline driven, able to adhere to timelines.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
