We help homeowners transform their homes with beautiful interior doors and custom closet solutions - often installed in just one day. We're looking for a professional, organized, and people-focused Inside Sales & Customer Experience Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. What's In It For You? $19-$21 per hour based on experience Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities (On-target earnings of $44,000-$50,000+) Monday-Friday schedule (Majority REMOTE, with a few days in showroom as needed) 10 days paid vacation plus 6 paid holidays per year Supportive leadership and positive team environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Direct access to ownership and leadership Small-team culture where your contributions matter About the Role As our Inside Sales & Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying homeowners, scheduling appointments, and creating a positive customer experience from the very first interaction. This role combines customer service, inside sales, lead management, and appointment coordination. Success in this position comes from building trust, staying organized, following up consistently, and helping customers feel confident throughout the process. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from prospective customers Respond quickly to website inquiries and online leads Qualify homeowners and schedule consultations for our sales team Build rapport and establish trust with customers Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations or no-shows Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Track lead activity and update customer information Meet goals related to response times, appointment-setting, and lead conversion What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, call center, or related roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and confident phone presence Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to build trust and relationships quickly Comfortable using CRM software and technology platforms Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated Positive attitude and team-first mentality You May Be a

Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
