Job Title:
Inside Sales Representative•
Aerodynamics & Performance Components Location:
Atlanta, GA (Onsite 4 days/Remote 1 day)

  • Join a high-performance team dedicated to pushing the limits of automotive aerodynamics.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for racers, enthusiasts, and major distributors. You will leverage your technical knowledge of aero and external components to provide expert advice, manage high-volume orders, and support the growth of our distributor network.
Key Responsibilities Customer Management:
Handle daily inbound inquiries via phone and email, providing technical guidance on aero setups for platforms common in club and amateur racing (Corvette, Camaro, BMW E36/E46, Miata, Civic, GR86/BRZ, Porsche 911/987, etc.).
Order Fulfillment:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including quoting, invoice management, and collections.
Distributor Relations:
Act as the account lead for large-scale distributor programs (e.g., Amazon, Summit Racing), ensuring inventory accuracy and streamlined fulfillment.
Technical Support:
Assist customers in selecting the right performance components for specific racing disciplines, including track days, time attack, and drag racing.
System Management:
Utilize order management systems to track shipments and maintain accurate customer records.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience specifically within the automotive performance component industry.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with external aerodynamic components and their applications, along with other aspects of the performance components and racing industry.
Platform Expertise:
Proven understanding of the "essential" enthusiast chassis (E36/E46, Miata, Corvette, Mustang, Porsche, etc.).
Distributor Management:
Experience managing high-volume wholesale or distributor accounts.
Systems:
Proficiency in order management/fulfillment software; Shopify experience is a significant plus.
Communication:
Exceptional customer service skills with a disciplined approach to follow-ups and CRM management. Preferred Skills Active involvement in the racing community (NASA, SCCA, Gridlife, or Drag Racing). Experience with production and supply chain coordination for racing components. Schedule & Benefits Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in the Atlanta metro area, 1 day remote (with flexibility as needed). Competitive salary based on experience plus performance incentives.
