Your primary responsibilities include driving sales of the Procedural OR product line to new and existing customers both virtually and sometimes in-person. Your goal is to meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives and annual sales quotas. This is a hybrid role candidates must be based out of one of the following state/cities: Chicago, IL area - office located in Vernon Hills, IL. "Must be willing to consider future relocation opportunities for growth into field sales in various markets around the country." What will you do as an Inside Sales Representative Manage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Drive sales of medical supplies and devices that have a medium length sales cycle and existing account penetration. Manage sales pipeline and monthly business forecasting. Present quarterly business updates to business unit executive leadership team. Attend national sales meetings and conferences. This role offers on-target earnings of $72,500.00 and is eligible for uncapped commission. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
