Job Description

Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control is a veteran-owned company built on trust — and that standard starts with every call our sales team takes. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This is a commission-based role with a guaranteed draw while you ramp. Representatives who consistently meet monthly performance goals earn $45,000 or more annually. Strong performers earn significantly more — there is no ceiling. Guaranteed base payment every two weeks while you build your pipeline — as your commissions grow, your earnings grow with them

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle inbound sales calls and convert inquiries into service agreements — target close rate of 50%+ Book inspection appointments for services that require an in-person assessment before closing Run outbound sales campaigns and follow-up sequences when inbound volume is lower Log every call, communication attempt, and next step in our CRM — every time, no exceptions Know our pest control and wildlife services well enough to answer objections confidently and close without escalating
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need a background in pest control. You do need to be the kind of person who takes a hard day and learns from it instead of looking for someone to blame. The right person for this role: Drives toward goals and doesn't stop when things get difficult Connects with people quickly and genuinely — customers can feel the difference Sells solutions, not services — you want to find the right answer for the person on the phone Owns their numbers — good days and bad days Is always working to get better — a lost call is a learning opportunity, not just a loss Tells the truth, every time — we built this company on trust and we don't compromise it Comfortable working in a CRM system — Go High Level experience is a plus, willingness to learn is required Reliable and follows through — you document your work, stick to the process, and don't need to be chased Sales experience is a plus. So is home services industry knowledge. Neither is required — we will train the right person. What we can't train is character. If you'll be working from home, a dedicated workspace is required. No industry license needed — we handle the training.

Freedom Wildlife Solutions & Pest Control promotes from within. Consistent performance opens two paths from this role: Outside Sales Inspector — for reps who want to move into the field and take on larger wildlife and commercial accounts Inside Sales Team Lead — for reps who hit their numbers and show they can elevate the people around them, not just themselves We are actively expanding. The team being built now is the team that grows with us.
