Irving, Texas, USA (Hybrid) Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive customer retention, renewal revenue, and upsell growth within an assigned portfolio of accounts. This role serves as a key customer-facing position responsible for managing maintenance renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, and Operations teams while leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity. Job Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts Proactively engage customers to secure maintenance renewals and identify upsell opportunities Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM (Salesforce) Generate quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company guidelines Meet or exceed quota and KPIs (call activity, revenue targets, opportunity creation) Build strong customer relationships to uncover additional product and service needs Process orders and ensure successful completion and delivery Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless execution Maintain strong knowledge of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence solutions Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or commercial support Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Experience with ERP systems (BPCS, LX, or similar) is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Core Skills Account Management & Renewals Inside Sales & Upselling CRM Management (Salesforce) Forecasting & Pipeline Management Customer Relationship Management Commercial Operations Data Analysis & Reporting Cross-functional Collaboration Communication & Negotiation Time Management Work Environment This role operates in a hybrid work environment based in Irving, Texas, combining in-office and remote work. The position requires frequent interaction with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings. The role involves extended periods of computer-based work and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
