Position Overview As an Inside Sales Representative
Filters, you will play a vital role in supporting Erlab's customer base by managing inbound and outbound sales activities related to filter replacements and service programs.
You will work directly with customers, internal teams, and the Safety Specialist Manager to ensure exceptional service, accurate order processing, and sustained customer engagement. This position is ideal for an early-career professional who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. No travel is required for this role. Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries, quotes, and purchase orders related to filter and service sales.
Utilize Erlab's CRM to maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database, track opportunities, and manage follow-up activities.
Cultivate older leads and dormant accounts to identify new sales opportunities.
Review historical sales records to uncover potential repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Support ongoing service contracts by coordinating renewals, tracking performance, and ensuring timely responses to client needs.
Collaborate with the Safety Specialist Manager to refine sales processes and improve customer engagement.
Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring accurate pricing and timely communication with customers.
Maintain the filter sales marketing list and contribute to campaign execution and lead nurturing activities.
Coordinate with internal departments (Service, Operations, and Finance) to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
Provide administrative support to the sales function as needed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications Required:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in sales, business administration, or customer service.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred).
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred:
1-3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or administrative support within a technical or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with laboratory products, air filtration systems, or scientific equipment sales.
Experience creating and managing sales reports or dashboards. Working Conditions
Regular use of a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periods.
Occasional exposure to a light industrial environment during collaboration with operations or service teams.
