Your Role in Synergy's Success The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting sales growth across a defined portfolio of smaller and emerging accounts. This role manages a high volume of inbound customer interactions, supports the sales cycle through quoting and customer service activities, and identifies new opportunities through research and routine outreach. How You Will Contribute
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of small and emerging accounts, focusing on relationship‑based selling.
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with product information, quotes, and follow‑ups.
- Research and identify potential new accounts to generate new sales leads.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and technical content.
- Resolve customer questions and support issues.
- Maintain accurate customer files and CRM updates.
- Prepare sales activity reports, presentations, and internal summaries.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Management to stay informed on new programs.
- Present a professional customer‑centric image.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills and follow‑up discipline.
- Basic negotiation and opportunity‑qualification skills.
- Strong project management capability and ability to handle competing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Customer‑service driven with professional presence.
Pay Range :
$22.71 to 34.07/hr The actual compensation that you will be offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled. For more information on our benefits click here.Department:
